Gillette Fusion Power Phenom is an advanced shaving system with an advanced design that provides optimal performance when using either side of the razor. On the front of the cartridge, Gillette Fusion Power Phenom features 5 PowerGlide® Blades spaced closer together to form a shaving surface technology. This design distributes the shaving force across the blades to help reduce pressure, with more comfort and less irritation than MACH3.

The back of the cartridge has a truly innovative Precision Trimmer—a single blade built into the back of the cartridge, allowing you to easily trim sideburns, shave under your nose, or shape facial hair, such as goatees, soul patches, and chinstrap beards. A soft touch, secure handle that intuitively rolls through the fingers allows for an easy 180-degree transition between the shaving surface on the front and Precision Trimmer on the back. Gillette Fusion Power Phenom also contains a Flexible Comfort Guard that follows the contours of your face and pulls your skin taut for a comfortably close shave. Additionally, it features an Enhanced Indicator Lubricating Strip that gradually fades to white when you are no longer getting your optimal shave, so you always know when to change the blades. Inside the handle is an oscillating motor that delivers soothing micropulses, which help reduce friction and increase razor glide. Also living inside the handle is the onboard microchip, which creates an entirely new platform of technology that improves the system's performance and brings electronics to wet shaving for the first time.
